Job Description

The Luxury Resort Concierge at Madison Beach Hotel is a crucial member of our team who ensures all guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay. This position requires a friendly & welcoming individual with exceptional customer service skills attention to detail and the ability to anticipate and meet guests needs. You will work closely with Guest Service Agents and Guest Service Director. You will also interact closely with bell/valet housekeeping staff spa staff and food and beverage staff.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and provide a warm welcome upon arrival

Assist guests with checkin and checkout procedures

Provide information and recommendations on local attractions restaurants and events

Arrange transportation and reservations for guests

Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally

Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements

Previous hotel experience preferred

Property Management System experience is preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problemsolving abilities

Knowledge of the local area and attractions

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
