The Role
Do you like problem solving and working in a fastpaced office environment Join us in Inbound Operations where you will be part of a business unit supporting a broad range of activities such as retrieval of historical customer data and paper/electronic correspondence for customer requests. The Inbound operations team provides transaction services to each of Fidelitys distribution channels. We support Fidelitys growth with high quality efficient and innovative service solutions through hardworking associates and processing expertise.
You will work with Internal Business partners to provide electronic or physical documentation to support outgoing correspondence and customer research needs. The role also supports management and retrieval of archived documents for the firm. Your role impacts several internal and external business partners as well as customers and clients of Fidelity Investments. This role is key to the success of our end to end process.
The Expertise and the Skills You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent
2 years of transaction processing experience within a professional fast paced corporate environment
Work experience in a riskcontrolled environment
You have excellent communication skills
Your ability to work independently or on a team on specific tasks
Your high attention to detail
Your ability to work effectively with computer desktop applications
Your ability to effectively multitask
You are flexible for business needs and highly adaptive to change
You have a positive demeanor and can do approach to challenges
You possess the ability to learn and apply knowledge to make effective processing decision
Complete correspondence processing requests by printing retrieving updating reviewing and mailing of letters forms image copies and/or original documents to enable completion of applicable customer transactions.
Complete extensive research to locate and respond to historical customer document retrieval requests utilizing various mainframe systems databases and other storage mediums to efficiently and accurately process business partner requests.

Inbound Specialized Processing provides indexing document retrieval correspondence processing and archiving services for multiple Fidelity business units. Our knowledgeable team and comprehensive solutions focus on quality risk mitigation and end to end operational efficiency strengthening Fidelitys ability to provide a superior customer experience.
