Hiring for Pharmaceutical company
Post: HR ExecutiveM/F
Min: 2 Years
Education: MBA / MPM
Salary: up to 2.40 LPA
Role:
- Payroll DepartmentDocumentation of new joining Employee
- Calculations of Wages amount ofEmployees as per policy.
- Transfer sheet submission to accounting department as well as updating of data regarding bank account.
- Issuing annual increment to Employees as per pay policy.
- PF Challan creating on EPFO portal.
- ESIC Challan creating on ESIC portal.
- Individual filings of each employee.
- Data maintenance of Payroll.
- Salary Processing of employee
- Make Wages sheet of Employee including HRA CONV. ALL PF ESIC PT
- Making Salary Transfer sheet For payment in the bank with NEFT.
- Upload New Employee data into the Software as per requirement.
- To handling Recruitment & Process
- To handling employee attendance
- To calculate ESI PF PT BONUS Monthly basis.
- To Preparing Salary Sheet of employees and send to H.O monthly basis.
- To maintain the internal employee discipline
- To sanction the employee leaves
- To handling the regular MIS Report
- To handling & maintaining housekeeping Record.
