Job Description Digital Marketing Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO Social Media Marketing (SMM) and PayPerClick (PPC) campaigns with proven experience in handling marketing teams and managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research competitive analysis and onpage/offpage optimization.
- Monitor and analyse SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics SEMrush etc.
- Provide regular SEO audit reports and insights to improve performance.
SMM (Social Media Marketing):
- Design and manage social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook Instagram LinkedIn and Twitter.
- Develop content calendars and ensure consistency in voice and messaging.
- Analyse performance metrics and optimize strategies to increase engagement followers and conversions.
- Manage paid social media campaigns and monitor their effectiveness.
PPC (PayPerClick) Management:
- Helps in monitoring and optimizing PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads Bing Ads and social media ads.
- Perform keyword analysis and ad copy testing to maximize ROI.
- Manage budget allocation for paid campaigns and report on campaign performance.
- Adjust bids targeting and strategies to ensure the best outcomes.
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers including SEO specialists and social media marketers.
- Set clear KPIs and performance metrics for team members.
- Conduct regular team meetings provide feedback and guide professional development.
- Foster a collaborative work environment and encourage innovative marketing approaches.
Client Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their digital marketing strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their needs are met.
- Present reports and performance metrics to clients offering actionable insights and recommendations.
- Understand client goals and objectives to tailor campaigns that deliver results.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field.
Experience:
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing with handson expertise in SEO SMM and PPC.
- Proven experience managing marketing teams and working directly with clients.
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics AdWords SEMrush and social media management platforms.
