Job Description

As the Sales Operations Coordinator you will be mainly responsible for processing commissions for the Residential teams responding to and reconciling disputes and maintaining reporting to track commission payments and provide regular feedback to the Residential leadership teams. This position will be the main contact for processing new partner agreements and will assist in the onboarding process of both internal and external sales associates.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Process biweekly sales commissions for internal and external teams
Research and respond to commission disputes from internal and external sales teams in a timely manner
Coordinate with the management team to keep updated on all commission changes updates and new plans put together for the sales teams
Assist in the onboarding of new sales partners by processing agreements
Work with IT Payroll and the Accounts Payable teams to coordinate agent logins for order entry and payment
Write and distribute emails correspondence memos letters and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Maintain sales reports and commissions utilizing various software and systems

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Sales Coordinator will be a plus
Proficiency in MS Office with a focus on Excel
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Familiarity with any order system for sales would be a plus
