Job Description

Overview

The annual Esri User Conference (UC) is the largest gathering of GIS professionals in the world! Join a multifunctional team with worldclass leadership to support this exciting event. You will provide excellent customer experiences for registering attendees and sponsors. You will engage with professionals across the company to align and schedule the myriad of activities hosted at the event.

Daily tasks will include data processing answering questions via phone and email working with both internal Esri and external customers. Specific job tasks will be assigned as needed and all Assistants will be crosstrained on multiple functions in areas such as registration exhibits sponsorships agenda and content scheduling map and awards submissions and food and beverage.

Responsibilities

  • Process registrations and registration payments from attendees and sponsors
  • Receive and maintain submissions for the map gallery and presentations
  • Communicate with presenters attendees sponsors and staff via phone and email to answer eventrelated questions
  • Organize and input data across various spreadsheets to track event activities materials and schedules
  • Update internal and external resources related to event
  • Assist team with other eventrelated tasks as needed
