Outsourcing Compliance is responsible for ensuring that all thirdparty service providers and outsourcing partners comply with regulatory requirements contractual obligations and internal policies. This role involves monitoring and assessing the compliance risks associated with outsourcing arrangements conducting audits and ensuring that outsourcing activities meet both legal and business standards. Manager will also work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure that thirdparty relationships are effectively managed to minimize risks and maximize compliance.
Duties and Responsibilities
Interpret RBI regulations for outsourcing of partners Perform periodic Audits with respective functions and compliance units and closure identified gap Monitor outsourced service providers for ongoing compliance with regulatory contractual and internal standards. Implement and maintain compliance frameworks and policies specific to outsourcing and thirdparty vendor. Identify assess and manage compliance risks related to outsourcing activities ensuring risks are properly mitigated.
Required Qualifications and Experience
MBA or equivalent/ Graduate Experience in compliance/ Business Strong knowledge of BFL business Experience in data analysis and report drafting. Excellent analytical communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities maintain attention to detail and work independently. Stakeholder Management
