Job Description

Do you thrive on creating exceptional customer experiences and driving meaningful engagement As part of our newly formed Customer Growth Team you will play a pivotal role in transforming how we connect with our customers. Your ideas and actions will directly shape customer journeys foster loyalty leading to stong bonds with our customers. As a key member of the team you will work with our dynamic international teams and stay at the forefront of exciting initiatives with tangible impact.




What will you do
1. Manage Customer Communication:
  • Plan coordinate and execute communication programs across multiple channels tailored to different customer in close collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
2. Turn Insights into Action:
  • Partner with customer insights function to develop datadriven crosssell and upsell campaigns.
  • Work with inside sales teams to implement campaigns and measure their success.
3. Own Customer Journeys:
  • Oversee and optimize endtoend customer journeys implement improvements and automations to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Contribute to crossdepartmental projects to enhance key touchpoints such as customer portals and eshop platforms.
4. Support New Offerings:
  • Contribute to the design launch and refinement of addedvalue offerings for customers.
  • Actively provide insights to align offerings with customer needs and expectations.
What do we expect
  • 5 years of experience at least 3 years in customer lifecycle management roles in B2B and indsutrial sectors.
  • Familiarity in both hardware and software environments and a good knowledge of subscription models is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills and demonstrated ability to lead crossfunctional initiatives and deliver impactful results.
  • Proven ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fastpaced setting.
  • Fluent in English is a must.
