Job Title: Private Client Solicitor
Location: Essex (Hybrid Working Available)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Private Client Solicitor to join our clients thriving team in Essex. This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor with 3 years PostQualification Experience (PQE) to take the next step in their career working within a busy and expanding Private Client Department. If you are looking for a longterm role with a wellestablished firm that values professional growth and client relationships this could be the ideal position for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload involving wills trusts probate estate planning and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Advise highnetworth individuals families and trustees providing clear practical and expert legal advice.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients offering empathetic and sensitive support during challenging times.
- Assist senior members of the team in mentoring and developing junior colleagues.
- Participate in business development initiatives including networking and marketing activities to enhance the profile of the firm.
What Were Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years PQE in private client work and will demonstrate expertise in dealing with a wide range of private client matters. You should be comfortable working independently while also being able to support the team in more complex cases.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent technical knowledge in private client law including wills probate estate administration trusts and tax planning.
- Can deliver clientfocused advice with a compassionate approach.
- Possesses strong communication skills and can build lasting client relationships.
- Is proactive in business development and enjoys networking within the local community.
- Is a team player with a collaborative approach and willingness to support junior staff members.
