Analyst Relations (AR) Manager – Cognizant
Job Description
Industry analysts are critical stakeholders for Cognizant providing unique market knowledge
and message development support that leads to improved brand amplification and lead
generation.
As a Analyst Relations manager will develop and execute of a strategic program for analyst
engagement for the designated Business unit.
Cognizant is seeking an experienced independent organized and sharp Analyst Relations
manager to support key program initiatives to:
Achieve specific AR operational outcomes.
Drive ongoing improvement in the AR processes.
Custodian of critical AR artefacts and knowledge management.
Responsibilities:
Meeting specific AR program targets around retention of leadership placement and
improving placement in RFI reports
Other activites include:
Own the research calendar across all business units and analyst firms for mapping
the annual AR agenda.
Plan the preRFI engagements lead the RFI process response and analyst briefings
as well as the postRFI learnings session
Maintain a hub and spoke model for centralized coordination of BUspecific reporting
of AR outcomes.
Drive a weekly review of the research calendar results and licensing opportunities.
Manage data analysis and reporting of key performance metrics.
Recommended Experience and Attributes:
Overall experience 812 years); Min 5 years of analyst relations/corporate
communications/PR experience; strong foundational knowledge of information
technology and allied fields.
Excellent project management communication writing skills and strong attention to
detail.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Energetic and enthusiastic with a team player mindset.
Able to think and act quickly analytically and creatively to accommodate the
demands of the dynamic business environment.
Demonstrates excellent judgment while operating independently and comfortable
with manageable levels of ambiguity.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering with Master’s in business management.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint Excel and Word.
