Position: HrTeam Leader / Assistant Manager
Experience: Min7 Years with Payroll (Software SAP or Ascent)
Skills:
Recruitment: Prescreening of application / Forms filling / Conducting Preliminary interviews & screening of candidates.
Manpower handling: Contract Manpower handling as per requirement.
Attendance Payroll & Salary Administration: Maintain Employee Attendance Salary Processing; make necessary entries for New Joiners Separation Cases and Full & Final Settlement.
Trainingand Development: Skill Analysis (Gap Analysis) Scheduling Internal/External Trainings Measure Effectiveness Performance Management System.
OD Interventions:Conducting HR & OD Interventions as per Corporate Guidelines.
Joining and Induction: Responsible for orientation and induction of new joined Employees. (Started Buddy/Dost Program for making Induction program more effective)
Employee Welfare & Engagement Activities: Conducting Open forum HRMC Safety meeting Family Visit Games & Entertainment HR Initiatives Mutual Admiration Birthday celebration providing Marriage & Birth day gifts Lean Thursday Meet etc
