You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailSupervises the activities of 100 or more patient service technicians and oversees the operations of 20 or more patient service centers within an assigned region. Interrelates with laboratory director department managers and branch managers to ensure the optimal operation of the patient services department. Ensures that all policies and procedures are updated and implemented in each region in compliance with state and federal regulations and company mandates. Provides orientation training and performance evaluation of all patient services supervisors. Ensures regular and timely completion of periodic financial analyses for all patient service technician positions and patient service centers. Ensures regular and timely completion of periodic inspections of patient service centers and patient service technicians.

Physical Demands: Speech clarity utilization of fingers and hands standingremaining on ones feet in an upright position sittingremaining in the normal seated position handlingseizing holding grasping with some lifting up to 30 pounds.
Working Conditions:Possible exposure to infection from diseasebearing specimens; regularly exposed to the risk of bloodborne diseases; must comply with applicable safety procedures.
Vision Requirements:Far acuityability to see clearly at 20 feet or more; near acuityability to see clearly at 20 inches or less; depth perceptionability to judge distance and space relationships; color visionability to distinguish and identify different colors.
License/Certification/Education: A Bachelors Degree is preferred w/57 years of experience in a leadership position and related field.Requires a valid personnel license or certification if such license or certification is required by Federal State or Local laws. Normally requires a Valid Drivers License along with a clean driving record.
Hours:
Monday through Friday days and hours will vary must be very flexible and available until work is completed.
