We are seeking a highly skilled Wealth Relation Manager for our Bengaluru location. This is a fulltime that requires a Minimum of 2 years of core sales and marketing work experience in BFSI FMCG Pharma and other relevant fields. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and relationship management particularly within the BFSI (Banking Financial Services and Insurance) sector.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven sales experience particularly in the financial services sector
- Experience in marketing strategies and campaigns relevant to the BFSI industry
- Proficient in B2B sales processes and methodologies
- Strong understanding of insurance and mutual funds products and services
- Excellent team management skills capable of leading and motivating a team effectively
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals successfully
- Exceptional client relationship management skills with a focus on client satisfaction and retention
- Detailoriented and organized with strong problemsolving abilities
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and manage longterm relationships with clients ensuring their financial needs are met
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the BFSI sector
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets and lead generation.
- Lead and mentor a team of junior sales professionals providing guidance and support as needed
- Negotiate terms and conditions of services with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
- Prepare and present detailed reports on the sales activities and performance to senior management
