Dematic is seeking a Director of North America (NA) Resident Services to lead teams of support engineers and technicians in assisting customers with Automated Material Handling Systems. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation and maintenance of software and/or controls while driving improvements in tools and processes to optimize the Resident Maintenance services.
This role will report to the Director of Customer Service Operations and will be based in the Eastern United States.

The salary range for this role is estimated to be $138000 $202000 per annum. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location education experience knowledge and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
What You Will Do In This Role:
- Provide strong leadership to mentor develop and guide team members in achieving customer satisfaction goals.
- Develop and lead the annual department budget to ensure business goals and operational stability are met.
- Conduct effective resource planning to improve efficiency across people technology and other resources.
- Ensure that critical metrics and customer expectations are met or exceeded.
- Improve processes and implement outstanding tools to boost team efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with all Dematic teams to proactively improve maintenance support and improvements.
- Act as a trusted advisor internally and externally to achieve profitability and target goals.
- Strengthen client relationships.
- Build and manage influential relationships with customers.
- Be open to traveling up to 3040 of the time.
What We Are Looking For:
- A proven leader with a deep understanding of the best maintenance practices and operational excellence.
- At least 15 years of experience in maintenance leadership including 7 years managing leaders and agents.
- Handson experience and knowledge of maintenance operations.
- Strong financial analysis skills including costeffectiveness and costbenefit evaluations.
- The ability to handle highpressure situations while effectively managing multiple tasks.
- Strong customerfacing skills particularly in stressful situations.
- The ability to prioritize delegate tasks and ensure appropriate followups.
- A bachelors degree or equivalent experience is helpful.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and perform under pressure.
