What will you be doing
Responsibilities may vary based on the team you land in. Typically though at Senior Manager level you will be responsible for:
- Financial planning: you will own and develop Group financial planning processes seeking out opportunities for simplification
- Automation: you will seek out and drive ways of working efficiencies including driving automation initiatives
- Analysis & performance monitoring: you will support the production of financial analysis and make recommendations through business modelling
- Business partnering: you will present complex financials in an engaging way. You will business partner Opco and Central department leads supporting teams in realizing financial objectives and optimizing capital allocation
- Team management: you will manage develop and coach a lean team
We tend to look for people with:
- A strong background across one of or a combination of: Banking Consulting Fintech Tech and/or other adjacent industries
- Good generalist experience across core finance activities such as: business partnering capital allocation (FP&A) etc. with a track record of managing financial budgets actuals business cases modelling and project coordination
- Experience in an International or PanEuropean environment
- Ability work in a fast paced environment with tight delivery targets
