Your role will be crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction by addressing concerns scheduling service appointments and providing accurate information about our services.

Handle inbound customer calls and emails professionally ensuring timely responses
Assist customers in scheduling service appointments
Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system
Collaborate with the Sales and Service departments to resolve customer concerns
Stay updated on company policies and product knowledge to provide accurate information
Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings and meet set performance goals
Make at least 15 followup calls per hour
Book service appointments daily and ensure accurate data entry in CRM
Prior experience in customer service or a related field (preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
Ability to remain calm and empathetic in challenging situations
Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays
