About the Role
As an Automotive Customer Success Associate youll be the trusted point of contact for our valued customers ensuring they have a seamless positive experience from start to finish. Youll work closely with your sales team and sales manager to execute processes.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison between customers and our Sales Managers
Assist customers with inquiries updates and postpurchase support
Troubleshoot concerns and proactively identify customer pain points to better assist with the Sale
Track feedback and work with internal teams to improve customer experience
Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
Requirements
12 years of experience in customer service
Strong communication and problemsolving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for customer satisfaction
Automotive knowledge is a plus
