Job Description
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Divisional Nurse Manager for our Hibiscus Division hospice offices. These office provides bestinclass care to adult and geriatric hospice clients living at home and in assisted living communities throughout the New Jersey area.

As a Divisional Nurse Manage your day may look like this!
- Lead and inspire a team of nurses and clinicians to provide exceptional hospice care.
- Visit our hospice clients and conduct assessments throughout the NJ area.
- Oversee and support a team of field clinicians ensuring excellence in care.
- Train mentor and onboard new hires fostering their success.
If youre a Registered Nurse (RN) with the following skills this could be your dream job!
- Active RN license with at least two years of nursing experience.
- Hospice experience is strongly preferred but not required.
- Homecare Homebase is strongly preferred but not required.
- Supervisory experience (two or more years preferred) with a passion for leadership.
