Maintains in depth working knowledge of PSR (Patient Service Representatives) duties to provide training for all clinic/hospital registration & admitting staff. Acts as a primary point of education for registration and admitting. Conducts testing of registration and adjunct software and acts as liaison with the IT department and software vendors for resolution of identified issues. Provides supportive services to all clinic departments in regard to maintenance and build of registration templates. Provides all shift support (including overnights) for training and software updates. Daily report out of patient access gaps in registration and admitting.

Post high school education or classes preferred
Experience Requirements
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite proficient required
Exceptional customer relations skills required
Experience in management or supervision preferred
Experience in Trinity medical office environment or business office preferred
Experience with training and adult learning environment required
Special Skills or Training Requirements
Experience with clinic registration and scheduling systems required
