Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and debug tools for system debug/ monitoring/ validation/stress.
- Develop application/system software libraries to interface with the firmware/ hardware devices.
- Design and run tests to quantify the tools functionality on new processors.
Skills Required:
- 6 to 8 yrs(2-3 yrs relevant) of SW development experience.
- Experience in developing benchmarking/system software tools on PCs or Server Platforms.
- Proficiency in debugging software on C/C and C#.
- Scripting and Data engineering skills in Python.
- Experience in automating system software and validating tools using Python/ PowerShell
- Experience in data collection analysis and presentation of findings.
- Ability to effectively define prioritize and complete tasks asynchronously.
- Experience in measuring and improving software performance.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with workload analysis and profiling tools in Linux and Windows environments.
- Experience in porting Linux C/C code to Windows.
- Understanding of similarities and differences between Windows and Linux internals.
- Familiarity with 32-bit or 64-bit assembly (any processor).
