Job Description

The candidate oversees the development and ongoing management of assigned product lines and finishes at the European level to ensure the successful design engineering production marketing promotion. Integration and ongoing management of Haworth Collection portfolio is part of the responsibility. The role will require the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams in remote locations and drive team effort towards identified marketing goals.


Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identifies needs and trends across key European markets

  • Prepares business cases and develops strategies on how to implement them

  • Provides support to European sales teams to strengthen Haworth market position

  • Ensures feature/function/benefit and differentiating requirements satisfy market needs and product strategy. Coordinates with Industrial Design or external design partners the translation of criteria into product solutions

  • Defines short and longterm product plans in conjunction with all functional departments

  • Manages product development projects including the coordination of other functional departments

  • Works with Marketing Communications on strategy for successful product launch

  • Leads completion of all key marketing deliverables within the Haworth new product development and implementation process. Coaches involved functions on completion.

  • Defines HW collection portfolio that complements Haworth product portfolio

  • Build a solid cooperation with Haworth Collection partners

  • Leads the integration of products into Haworth structure and manages the integration together with logistic data procurement and MarCom team.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

Graduate in Business Administration or Marketing or equivalent

Minimum 3 years professional experience with increasing responsibilities

Broad knowledge of marketing product planning project management and preferably basic knowledge of finance engineering and manufacturing processes

This job requires a candidate who is able to communicate in English. Any further European language is advantageous
