Job Overview
MidLevel: 4 to 6 years of experience in the Security Industry. This fulltime role is located in Ghaziabad Uttar Pradesh India. The Field Officer will be responsible for managing and maintaining client relations implementing business strategies acquiring new clients and overseeing security operations. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in client relations business development and team management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in the Security Industry with a strong track record in client relations and business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to think strategically and implement business strategies to achieve targets and objectives
- Strong networking and relationshipbuilding skills to acquire new clients
- Proficiency in managing and leading a team of security personnel
- Knowledge of security operations and best practices in the industry
- Ability to analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports
- Selfmotivated and proactive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding results
Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Implement business strategies to drive growth and increase revenue
- Identify and acquire new clients in the security industry through targeted marketing and networking
- Coordinate and oversee security operations to ensure the safety and security of clients premises
- Manage and lead a team of security personnel providing guidance and support
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the security industry and stay updated on emerging trends and technologies
- Prepare and present reports on security operations client feedback and business development activities
