Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative at BioOne/Trace Medical you will serve as a vital link between our company and our valued customers. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries resolving concerns and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Join our team and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Address customer questions concerns and requests with empathy and efficiency.
  • Provide accurate information about products services and company policies.
  • Process incoming customer orders transmitting order confirmations and preparing packing slips for next day shipments and returns accurately and efficiently.
  • Issue return authorizations for incoming equipment via email and telephone and originate work orders for same.
Collaboration

  • Work closely with BioMedical Technicians and Sales Team to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and inquiries.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer problems.
Documentation and Reporting

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions transactions and inquiries.
  • Generate reports on customer feedback trends and satisfaction levels.
  • Originate work orders from Technicians and create invoives from same printing service reports and packing lists to return equipment to service ensuring accurate customer billing and shipping information throughout.
Qualifications

Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in an office environment (highly preferred).
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
Communication Skills

  • Clear and effective oral communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complex issues in a clear and understandable manner.
Technical Skills

  • Strong keyboarding skills including words per minute and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to navigate computer systems and databases efficiently.
Interpersonal Skills

  • Superior customer service skills.
  • Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
ProblemSolving Abilities

  • Ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • A sense of urgency and ability to prioritize and meet competing deadlines.

Compensation: $20.00 $23.00 per hour
