To provide an empowering environment for each of our individuals we will assist them in seeking out the least restrictive environment in which they can be successful. We will strive to understand and meet the unique needs of each individual and work to become an invisible support system for all that we serve/support.
Provide Homemaker/Personal CareCompanionship daily living support to individuals with Developmental Disabilities per his/her individual plan. This can include:
- Making sure the individuals home is kept clean and safe
- Doing laundry
- Bathing and oral hygiene and hair care
- Grocery shopping and meal preparation.
- Administer Individuals medication
- Take the individual to doctor appointments
- Going on community outings
- Taking the individual to the church of his/her choice
- Engage and interact with the individual.
Must be kind and patient.
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have a high school diploma/GED
Must have an automobile in good operational condition with you while at work
Must have a drivers license and automobile insurance
Must have a clean driving record
Must have clean background check both BCII/FBI
Must be able to pass a drug test as we are a Drug Free/Smoke free work place
Must be able to speak read and write English
