Job Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Support Representative providing high-quality support primarily via email and chat (90-95%) with occasional inbound phone assistance (5-10%). Youll handle customer inquiries resolve issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Training: 2 weeks of initial training followed by a 2-week nesting period.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email chat and phone with professionalism and empathy.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate solutions promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer support process.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all customer interactions.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 3800 BGN gross
- Shift Benefits:
