Description:

This is a Field Based Position where the candidate musthave a valid drivers license and live in the market where our restaurants arelocated. Looking for someone to travel to all our locations in their respectivemarket.

Position Overview:

As a Field Human Resources Generalist youll play apivotal role in fostering a positive work environment managing HR operationsand supporting our restaurant teams. Youll collaborate with restaurantmanagers employees and the HR department to ensure compliance with policiesenhance employee engagement and promote a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide handson HR support to multiple restaurant locations within your assigned region.
  • Partner with restaurant managers to address employee relations matters including performance issues conflicts and disciplinary actions.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies procedures and legal regulations including labor laws and safety standards.
  • Facilitate training sessions on topics such as diversity and inclusion harassment prevention and customer service.
  • Collaborate with corporate HR to implement companywide HR initiatives including benefits enrollment performance appraisal processes and employee engagement surveys.
  • Assist in the development and of strategies to improve employee retention and morale.
  • Manage HRrelated administrative tasks including maintaining employee records tracking attendance and processing payroll information.
  • Participate in employee grievance resolution mediating conflicts and implementing appropriate solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve HR processes and policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist preferably in the Quick Food Service or Restaurant industry.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software Microsoft Office Suite and related HR tools.
  • Problemsolving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region to provide onsite HR support.
  • HR certification (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) is a plus.
