RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Market Analysis Voice of the Customer (VOC) and Idea Generation: Conduct market research to identify/justify potential product opportunities analyze competitor landscape and gather customer insights to provide new product concepts to solve their pain points.
- Vitality Index (VI) and NPD Roadmap Development: Creating a detailed NPD product roadmap with timelines and milestones that meet our VI goals and revenue targets.
- Project Planning and : Develop comprehensive project plans including resource allocation timelines budgets and key deliverables and manage project to ensure smooth progress.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Lead and coordinate crossfunctional teams across departments like engineering supply chain marketing manufacturing and sales to ensure alignment and efficient collaboration throughout the development process.
- Prototyping and Testing: Oversee the design and development of prototypes conduct thorough testing phases to validate product functionality quality and user experience.
- Risk Management and Acceleration of Project Launches: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges that may impact project timelines budget or product quality to prevent delays / launch issues
Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders on project progress address concerns and ensure clear communication throughout the development cycle. - Launch Planning and : Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop launch strategies manage product introduction and monitor postlaunch performance to gather feedback for continuous improvement.

- Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in project management methodologies including Stage Gate process planning scheduling resource allocation and risk management.
- Technical Understanding: Knowledge of product development processes design principles and relevant technologies within the protein processing industry.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 5 years experience in new product development and project leadership.
- Precise and articulate written and verbal communication skills including group presentation skill.
- This position is a work from work position. This position is an officebased role in the Birmingham Ohio office.
