Shape the future of enterprise software at Citrix
Are you a visionary and experienced product design leader who thrives in collaborative environments and has a proven track record of leading teams to deliver exceptional user experiences at scale If so we want you on our team.
As a Director of Product Design you will define and drive the UX vision for Citrixs enterprise cloud and onpremises products used by millions worldwide. You will lead a team of talented designers work closely with crossfunctional leadership and ensure design excellence through innovation scalability and usercentered design. You will foster an inclusive and diverse team culture mentor designers and advocate for the impact of design across the organization.
What youll do
Vision & strategy: Define and drive the UX vision for our enterprise products ensuring alignment with Citrixs business goals and product roadmap.
Crossfunctional leadership: Collaborate with engineering product management and research teams to develop innovative usercentered solutions that scale.
Design excellence: Advocate for highquality design accessibility and consistency across platforms leveraging scalable design systems.
Usercentered approach: Leverage user research data insights and industry best practices to inform design decisions and product direction.
Scaling design impact: Develop and maintain scalable design systems and workflows that enhance efficiency and consistency.
Mentorship & team development: Hire mentor and grow a highperforming design team fostering a culture of learning collaboration and innovation.
Industry influence: Represent Citrix at conferences events and industry thought leadership initiatives to elevate the role of design.
What youll bring
Extensive experience: 15 years of product design experience with a strong focus on enterprise software solutions.
Leadership excellence: Proven experience leading and managing a team of experienced product designers with the ability to drive strategic impact.
Design expertise: Deep understanding of design thinking usercentered design principles and scalable design systems.
Figma mastery: Expertlevel proficiency in Figma including highquality components autolayout and variable creation.
Exceptional communication: Ability to clearly and persuasively communicate design concepts to product and engineering leadership.
Strategic thinking: Strong analytical skills to address complex challenges and develop innovative userfirst design solutions.
Industry engagement: Ability to influence and contribute to the broader design community through speaking engagements articles or research.
Educational background: Bachelors degree with 10 years of experience and a strong portfolio showcasing extensive product design expertise and leadership.
