We are seeking a versatile IT Operations Project Manager with experience in Microsoft 365 and Azure to join our team. The ideal candidate will be capable of running multiple projects in parallel coordinating with various teams and being handson with technical tasks. This role requires a proactive individual who can structure projects manage timelines and ensure effective communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:Lead and manage multiple IT projects simultaneously ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Technical Expertise:Actively support projects with handson activities and knowledge.
Coordination:Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including IT sales HR and customer service to ensure seamless project .
Documentation:Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans status reports and risk assessments.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in IT operations management preferably with a background in Microsoft 365 and Azure.
Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles and best practices.
Excellent leadership and team management skills with a proactive and engaging approach.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills promoting collaboration and understanding across diverse teams.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with cloud platforms network administration and server management.
Familiarity with IT security measures and compliance standards.
Ability to work across different locations and time zones.
