This is a newly created opportunity for a client focused and handson litigator (Associate to Partner level) seeking a well regarded and friendly practice. The firm is ranked in the Legal 500.

InthisvariedroleyouwillworkacrossavarietyofhighvalueandcomplexcommerciallitigationcasesintheHighCourtincluding:

  • Contractdisputes
  • Corporatedisputes
  • Insolvency
  • Insurance
  • Professionalnegligence
  • Procurement

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Managingandeffectivelysupportingabreadthofcases
  • Preparingfortrialsincludingupcomingweeklongandmultiweektrials
  • Deliveringhighqualitylegaladvice
  • Supporting and developing more junior team members

CandidateRequirements:

  • PreviousexperienceofsupportingHighCourtlitigation
  • Anentrepreneurialspiritwithaproventrackrecordofdeveloping/maintainingclientrelationships
  • Stronganalyticalandproblemsolvingskills
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
