Our client Strategic Financial Services is looking for a Salesforce Administrator who willoversees Salesforce administration user support system optimization and integration with other systems. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Salesforce Administration (Primary Focus) Oversee daytoday administration of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud including user management data integrity and system performance. Configure and customize Salesforce including creating custom objects fields workflows validation rules and reports. Manage data imports exports and updates to ensure accuracy and compliance with governance policies. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Monitor and resolve Salesforcerelated support tickets promptly and effectively. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and implement system enhancements. Ensure system security settings and user permissions are aligned with firm policies and best practices. System Support and Development Support additional systems like Microsoft Office 365 and evaluate new technologies to enhance workflows. Participate in system development projects within Salesforce such as building flows process builders and exploring Apex or Lightning components. Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies including AIpowered solutions to improve operational efficiency. User Support & Training Train users on Salesforce features and best practices to improve adoption and system utilization. Serve as the primary point of contact for user questions and provide ongoing support. Engage with users to gather feedback and continuously improve system functionality and user experience. Compliance & Data Governance Maintain compliance with data governance policies security protocols and industry regulations. Regularly audit data and system usage to ensure adherence to firm standards. Ensure that all integrations and configurations comply with relevant regulatory and security requirements.
TECHNICAL SKILLS: Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator preferably within Financial Services Cloud or a similar environment. Salesforce Administrator Certification (e.g. Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator). Proficiency in configuring Salesforce objects workflows reports and dashboards. Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and security principles. Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with a focus on attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or a related field preferred.
Equivalent professional experience in Salesforce administration or technical roles will also be considered
At least 2 years of relevant experience Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator preferably within Financial Services Cloud or a similar environment. Salesforce Administrator Certification (e.g. Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator). Proficiency in configuring Salesforce objects workflows reports and dashboards. BASE SALARY RANGE: $65000$102500 plus performancebased
