Are you an experienced IT professional looking to take your career to the next level LYNX is searching for a Senior IT Administrator to manage and support our cuttingedge ICT infrastructure. What Youll Do:
Manage and support the internal ICT infrastructure including endpoint deployment and centralized logging.
Provide technical support to employees across various branches both onsite and remotely.
Lead IT projects like planning and installing new servers and network infrastructures.
Ensure smooth IT service management including service requests incident management and problemsolving.
Optimize and automate IT processes constantly striving for improvement.
Handle IT procurement and manage the inventory of hardware software and other ICTrelated assets.
Support IT security by assisting with technical incident responses.
What Were Looking For:
At least 12 years of experience in administration and support of MS Windowsbased clientserver landscapes.
Handson experience with IT hardware and software support installation and maintenance of endpoints and network infrastructure administration.
Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) including Incident Problem and Change Management.
A degree in an ITrelated field.
Strong attention to detail problemsolving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Proficiency in written and spoken English; German is a plus.
