My client is a dynamic globallyfocused organization looking for a SQL & Systems Support Specialist to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop optimize and troubleshoot SQL queries and reports for various business applications
- Provide ongoing support for SQLbased applications resolving issues efficiently
- Assist with the system maintenance enhancements and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics GP Access Delta WMS Slim4 and other enterprise platforms
- Manage and support data transfers and automation using WinSCP/SFTP
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve database performance and system efficiency
- Ensure data integrity security and compliance across all supported applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- SQL Server qualification (CompTIA/Microsoft Equivalent) or related experience
- Experience with Power BI Reporting is advantageous
- Familiarity with WinSCP/SFTP for file transfers and automation
Requirements:
- Proficiency in SQL and handson experience with SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio)
- Proven experience supporting enterprise applications (ERP WMS systems etc.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to analyze system performance and resolve issues
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid work environment
- Willingness to support the adoption of new applications as they are implemented
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds (Spanishspeaking team members will require extra attention)
