Job Description
As a participant in the Business Excellence Bootcamp 2025 program you will have the opportunity to get better understanding of the business process and you will improve your skills and experience in a professional and dynamic work environment. Also you will learn from our cool trainers and experts and get along with fellow students from different technical fields. There are 3 areas in our departments that you choose from: Order Administration Documentation Administration and Business Analytics.
One of the eligibility criteria is to be a 2nd year Bachelors Degree or 1st year Masters Degree student (preferably in Economics Informatics Statistics Business Administration Modern Languages or any Nonengineering Faculty).
This program isequivalent to the University summer practice(if required) it will take 6 weeks 8 hours/day) between 14 July and August 22 2025 and it will be paid 1300 RON for the entire program)!
In this Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Actively participate in business & soft skill training and workshops.
- Understand Emersons organizational structure and processes.
- Work individually and with a team on the assigned tasks or projects.
You look for challenges that impact culture and society which make a difference to you and the world.
- 2ndyear bachelors degree or 1st year masters degree student (preferably at Economics Informatics Statistics Business Administration Modern Languages or any Nonengineering Faculty).
- Proficient in Romanian & English (written and spoken)
- Basic understanding of business administration processes
