POSITION SUMMARY Oversee and manage facilities personnel and day to day operations. Possess a working knowledge of basic pool operations chemical and water balancing requirements as regulated by the Health Dept. Provide safe clean and friendly waterfront environment for members and guests while adhering to Red Cross Water Safety and POA guidelines ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure safe environment for all waterfront guests Enforce rules and regulations as defined by the American Red Cross and POA Staff scheduling and training Provide a clean environment Provide high level of customer service as outlined by the POA Pool water chemical testing and balancing Provide first aid QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS CPR/AED certified CPO Certification recommended American Red Cross Water Safety certification
SKILLS Must possess excellent leadership and communication skills Must be organized and detail oriented Must possess strong delegation skills Must have strong multitasking skills EDUCATION High School/GED equivalent required EXPERIENCE Previous management experience required
SPECIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS Must be of good health as this position requires outdoor work in possible extreme conditions May require moderate to heavy lifting
