Night Manager 4-Star Hotel East London
Full-Time Permanent Night Shifts (7PM 7AM)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Night Manager to join a leading 4-star hotel located in East London. This upscale waterfront property features over 200 stylish rooms an on-site restaurant and bar and state-of-the-art leisure facilities. The hotel caters to both business and leisure guests and is known for delivering exceptional service around the clock.
We re seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Manager to oversee night operations and ensure the safety security and comfort of all guests during overnight hours.
Requirements
- Lead and manage the night team to deliver exceptional guest service
- Oversee all hotel operations from 7PM to 7AM ensuring safety and smooth running of the property
- Complete accurate and timely night audits and financial reconciliation
- Be the first point of contact for all in-house guest needs queries and emergencies
- Coordinate with other departments and prepare detailed handovers for the day team
- Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively including liaising with external services if required
- Maintain high standards of communication professionalism and guest care
