With the sad retirement of the schools pastoral lead comes this rare opportunity to join our dedicated and caring team of professionals. The role itself is a highly rewarding one requiring strong communication and organisation skills that can be wellused to support our children and families making a real difference to our school community.
Carlton Colville benefits from a large and wellresourced pastoral department allowingfor the right support to be put in place.
We are looking for a Pastoral Lead who will:
- manage and lead other staff effectively to reach agreed goals
- use strong communication skills to work with a range of stakeholders
- be consistent and fair
- set and model high expectations at all times
- be a friendly kind and caring advocate for the school and its community.
The role will include key responsibilities for safeguarding and child protection working closely with the inclusion lead to ensure consistent and high quality provision.
