Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Personal Lines Account Manager (PLAM). This is a fulltime inoffice position the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a stable and growing company offering competitive compensation and excellent inoffice training.
Responsibilities
- Manage standard personal lines accounts including endorsements client reviews and crossselling
- Quote new and renewal business with a focus on maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and effective account management
Qualifications
- Preferred P&C license or willingness to obtain if coming from an unlicensed insurance role
- 2 years of experience in the insurance industry with a background in personal lines
- Proficiency in Applied Epic and Microsoft Suite or a strong aptitude for learning new software
Daytoday
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a book of business with a total premium of $2 million providing exceptional service to clients and contributing to the overall success of the team.
