As a Junior Business Developer at RZILIENT you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts playing a vital role in acquiring and nurturing key accounts. Heres what youll be doing:
Strategic Engagement: Collaborate closely with senior members of the sales team to develop and execute effective strategies for targeting and acquiring new accounts. Your keen eye for detail and strategic mindset will be instrumental in identifying key stakeholders and tailoring personalized approaches to engage with them effectively.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with decisionmakers and influencers within target organizations. Your exceptional interpersonal skills and empathetic approach will set you apart as a trusted advisor enabling you to understand clients pain points and articulate how our solutions can address their unique challenges.
Needs Assessment and Solution Positioning: Conduct comprehensive needs assessments for each prospect leveraging your analytical skills to uncover opportunities and position our integrated IT platform as the ideal solution. Your ability to think critically and adapt to evolving client needs will be crucial in driving successful sales outcomes.
Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including sales operations and account management to ensure seamless onboarding and postsales support for clients. Your collaborative mindset and willingness to share knowledge will contribute to the overall success and growth of our organization.
