Job Description
Location Denver
Must be energetic and want to land projects.
Must be capable of being selfmanaged.
Must be a selfstarter.
Must have a positive attitude and want to be a team player.
510 years in commercial construction preconstruction and/or estimating.
Project sizes of $2M to $20M
Preference to candidates with project types and interest in light industrial metal building selfstorage experience but also looking for candidates with office K12 retail and other commercial experience as well.
