What Were Looking For:
The ideal candidate is someone who truly cares about empowering families and has a bachelors degree in social work counseling or a related fieldor substantial human service experience. Our Family Support Caseworkers utilize a strengthsbased approach to help families identify and overcome barriers to achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Connect families with essential resources and provide support through personalized service plans to help retain custody of their children.
• Deliver life skills training emotional support and guidance in home and community settings.
• Foster strong trusting relationships with clients to facilitate open communication and effective problemsolving.

FullTime Opportunities Available:
We have openings in Allegheny Westmoreland and Washington counties. This is a 40hour per week position eligible for overtime offering flexibility in scheduling including afterschool hours and weekends.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in social work counseling or a related field preferred; substantial human service experience may substitute for a degree.
• 12 years of related experience or internship preferred.
• Experience addressing traumarelated issues is a plus.
• Strong organizational and computer skills with a practical problemsolving mindset.
• Ability to adapt to change and a sense of humor!
• Commitment to building solid personal relationships with clients.
