Location: This role could be based out of any of our PwC offices in Australia
Our Clients & Markets team work together across the business to design and deliver targeted gotomarket strategies that drive qualified client interest and measurable value to the firm. As a community of solvers we are closely connected with the partners and teams we support across the local and PwC global network and with the clients and markets we serve together
The Client and Markets team provide marketing leaders/managers and the Firm with best practice gotomarket expertise campaign management implementation and evaluation of marketing programs. We deliver alignment to priority GTM teams working across multiple programs at once to align with the firm needs business response and strategy blending technical skills and strategy to advise our internal functions and teams with spectacular results. And our team is expanding. Were looking for a Marketing Specialist to work in an integrated way with marketing managers to deliver priority marketing programs and campaigns within our vast community of solvers

Day to day youll solve problems by designing the campaign journey and contributing to the gotomarket approach that best meets the marketing program desired outcomes and best practice principles In our Client and Markets team youll also:
Coordinate and execute marketing programs and projects to meet agreed deadlines and budget deliverables and metrics including:
Brief and project managing internal and external agencies and suppliers research communications paid media and advertising copywriting web design social media events podcasts publishers etc.
Deliver activations at events and conferences; content curation; multichannel campaigns and postimplementation reporting
Confidently coordinating key internal and external stakeholders relationships and partnerships.
Support the development and curation of content for owned internal and external channels including: website media client eDM pipeline social and digital platforms and internal microsite(s)
Evaluate the success of overall programs and projects (digital or otherwise) through the analysis of various data points to present actionable insights and inform future marketing strategy operations and tactics
Develop value propositions and shaping campaign content and messaging hierarchy in collaboration with Marketing leads and SMEs
Develop internal communications plans to support campaign awareness and engagement activities with key stakeholder groups within the firm.
Identify opportunities to align as One Firm to ensure marketing activity is streamlined and coordinated for our clients
Evolve enhance and optimise marketing best practices to deliver a superior client experience and create operating efficiencies
Champion the implementation and integration of Salesforce into gotomarket approach
Embrace agility and be responsive to support evolving needs of PwC and market dynamics
Ensure all brand risk & legal compliance is adhered to
Champion our clientfirst one firm strategic marketing approach collaborating with fellow marketers across Industries Platforms and Businesses to achieve a coherent PwC presence in the market.
Relevant experiences and qualifications
Understand and experience in delivering integrated traditional and digital marketing campaigns.
Strong digital knowledge and skills across marketingrelated platforms ideally Salesforce Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CMS platforms.
A strong datadriven project manager who is highly collaborative builds relationships with the ability to manage multiple programs of work.
High attention to detail strong written and verbal communication skills and commitment to continuous learning and development contribute to the firms best practice marketing.
Strong project management experience including budget management
Highly analytical and commercially minded with an ability to connect the dots

The minimum salary for a Senior Associate in this role is AUD 81600.00 including superannuation. Manager/Senior Manager/Director positions will receive a salary range above this in line with the salary bands for these positions.
A candidates final salary will be determined based on the skills and experience that the candidate brings
