We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to act as a Key Account Manager (KAM) driving sales growth to new heights. This role requires a highly skilled professional experienced in contract negotiations ideally for equipment that requires aftersales service and adherence to performance requirements. The ideal candidate will build and sustain longterm partnerships ensuring client satisfaction and aligning our innovative renewable energy solutions with their needs.
As a Key Account Manager you will take ownership of strategic client relationships drive new business opportunities and lead the entire sales process. You will serve as the primary contact for key clients ensuring their expectations are exceeded while coordinating seamlessly with internal teams.
Responsibilities:
Manage and strengthen relationships with key account customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Lead commercial and contractual negotiations securing favourable terms and agreements.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities both locally and internationally.
Collaborate with technical commercial legal and aftersales teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights.
