Job Title: Operation Executive (Delivery Team Management)
Location: Delhi

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Operation Executive to manage a team of Delivery Boys oversee order allocation and ensure timely deliveries across Delhi. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Delhis routes excellent coordination skills and a proven track record in team management and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of Delivery Boys.
- Allocate orders efficiently and track delivery progress.
- Ensure timely deliveries by optimizing routes.
- Coordinate with customers delivery team and other departments.
- Monitor team performance and prepare reports.
- Resolve delivery issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
- Experience in managing delivery teams.
- Knowledge of Delhi routes and traffic conditions.
- Strong communication leadership and problemsolving skills.
- Familiarity with delivery tracking systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in logistics or ecommerce.
- Knowledge of GPS and route optimization tools.
