Your Role at Pura:

We are seeking a Sr. New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer to lead the successful transition of new products from development to fullscale manufacturing. This role will be responsible for factory setup factory quality assurance and manufacturing process optimization to ensure seamless product launches. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in manufacturing engineering process validation supplier quality and factory operations. You will help us inspire a belief in the power of fragrance to craft and elevate memorable moments for our Owners. What Youll Own:

• Lead new factory setup and production line commissioning ensuring compliance with operational and quality standards.
• Collaborate with suppliers and contract manufacturers to establish scalable and costeffective production lines.
• Drive design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) principles into product development.
• Develop and implement quality control plans including process capability studies Six Sigma methodologies and statistical process control.
• Define and enforce incoming inprocess and outgoing quality inspections for new product launches.
• Work closely with Quality and Supplier teams to ensure supplier capability and adherence to specifications.
• Lead failure analysis and corrective action initiatives to resolve production issues.
• Define and document NPI and manufacturing processes work instructions and SOPs internally and external suppliers.
• Drive continuous improvement through lean manufacturing and Automation.
• Develop pilot production runs to validate process stability before mass production.
• Work crossfunctionally with R&D Supply Chain and Operations teams to ensure seamless handoff from development to production.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Industrial Manufacturing or Electrical Engineering.
• 15 years of experience in New Product Introduction Manufacturing Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Expertise in factory setup process validation and quality systems (ISO 9001 IATF 16949 or similar).
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma and PFMEA.
• Handson experience with manufacturing automation robotics and smart factory technologies is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven mindset.
• Excellent project management and leadership abilities.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally 25 of the time.
• Experience with plastic injection molding including process and tooling
• Proficient in GD&T
