Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations including accounting finance forecasting strategic planning job costing legal and property management..
• Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team participating in key decisions pertaining to strategic initiatives operating model and operational .
• Manage company policies regarding capital requirements debt taxation equity disposals and acquisitions.
• Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance.
• Conduct analysis to make forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with the law and companys policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum requirement of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry in a high level Accounting and Financial position preferably as CFO.
• Certified Public Accountant is a plus.
• Experience with General Motors dealership operations preferred.
• Proficiency with Reynolds & Reynolds dealership management software preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven negotiation skills and a strategic thinker.
