Description of the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Toyota Sales Manager to join our team at Antwerpen Clarksville Autopark in Clarksville MD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
Requirements:
- Prior experience in automotive sales management
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of the automotive industry and market trends
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
