As the Sr. Manager of Partner Acquisition your mission will be to identify recruit and contract new business partners for the Target Plus marketplace. Discovery and identification of new business partners will be directed via close partnership with Target Merchants and Target Plus Category Managers to unlock new complementary products and merchandising strategies intended to enahnce the Target shopping experience. To effectively secure the most meaningful productive partnerships you will need to leverage strong strategic analytic and communication skills to build longterm internal and external relationships. An understanding of the marketplace landscape and technical requirements through a customercentric perspective will be critical to succeeding in this role. This is an ideal role for a salesoriented selfstarter who is looking to take ownership in rapidly scaling an emerging business.
