Our SIXT Division is looking for aFleet Operations Manager to join our teamwho shares our vision and is eager to be part of our growth journey.
You will be called to:
- Register and insure companys Fleet
- Execute the infleeting and defleeting plan
- Design the optimum transportation to and from network stations and hubs according to dynamic demand
- Plan and execute the preparation of fleet to be ready for high season as well as the collection and preparation of older fleet for sale
- Evaluate select and partner with reputable repair maintenance parking and cleaning vendors in different areas to meet company requirements
- Schedule and supervise vehicle inspection before and after maintenance to avoid discrepancies monitor repair and service given time slots to minimize downtime with the aim to succeed in higher utilization of assets
- Analyze all vehicle information and inspection data set and monitor basic performance KPIs forecast and budget all categories of fleet expenses on a regular basis
- Analyze and report fleet performance data redesign procedures and propose improvements for cost and operations efficiency
- Provide excellent service level to all SIXT business lines: Rent a Car SIXT and Leasing
- Secure the companys fleet & partners compliance with applicable regulations and ESG requirements
Requirements - Bachelors or Masters degree in Management Logistics or Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant role
- Proven track record in operations optimization
- Strong analytical skills with a datadriven approach to problemsolving
- Team player with a highperformance mindset
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with agility and quick decisionmaking ability
- Leadership skills to inspire and guide a small team in meeting demanding deadlines
- Fluent in English and proficient in technology
