This position is open at multiple levels Mid /SR / SME...
Requirement: onsite with possible telework
- Provide subjectmatter expertise to rapidly explore and prototype multidomain command and control (C2 capabilities to synchronize data sharing and decision making for joint warfighting.
- Deliver technical assessments and analysis to provide recommended innovative approaches technologies and capabilities to close critical joint warfighting capability gaps.
- Provide technical expertise to inform mission engineering studies prototype development experimentation and global integrated wargaming.
- Provide technical analysis and advice to help inform capability requirements development and validation through the JCIDS process.
- Collaborate with Service Joint Staff and OSD stakeholders to support the transition of technologies from prototypes and joint experimentation activities to Service programs of record.
- Prepare and deliver reports and briefings for senior DoD leadership and Congress
- At least 10 years of relevant technical work experience.
- Experience planning and executing complex systems analysis efforts for the DoD and/or IC.
- Experiencing conducting systems engineering tasks related to connecting sensors across Services to weapons platform and shooters.
- Experience conducting assessments of threat chains and webs to analyze mission threads develop system models and conduct engineering trade studies.
Desired Experience:
- Selfstarter able to take initiative and operate independently.
- Ability to develop highquality professional briefings and written reports to succinctly capture technical concepts for senior DoD leadership and Congress.
- Familiarity with current Combined Joint All Domain Command and Control (CJADC2 and Joint Fires Network (JFN) efforts within the DoD.
Education Requirement:
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or a related technical field
